When you purchase with us, we assume that you agree with our terms and conditions:

3. Payment for instock items must be made during meet ups or POSB Transfer.
4. Please note that for all pre-ordered items (Music CDs/DVDs) ,you will have to make the payment first, before the order is sent (it will not be refunded if customers cancel orders after it has been sent).
5. please be punctual on payments.Failure to do so ,we will discontinue transaction.
6. I’m sorry but goods sold are not exchangeable nor refundable.
7. Items on sale are on a first-come-first-serve basis so be sure to be quick!^^
8. We will try to be flexible with the meet ups timings anyway possible to serve you better.
9. If you intend to cancel a transaction,please inform us at least 24 hours before the meet up (only for instock items).
10. We apologise but we will not take responsibility if the wrong items arrive due to a mistake on your part.We also do not take responsibilty for condition of the items shipped in.[full refund will be given ONLY if the Item does not arrive]
11. Unfortunately,those who do not comply with our terms and condition,dire consequences will follow.please don’t treat us the way you don’t want to be treated.
